Essay

The theoretical and methodological framework for comprehensive assessment of the conditions of production, namely: the nature, types and components of integrated assessment, basic principles, functions and stages of a comprehensive assessment, methodological foundations of indicators integration, techniques and methods of standardization, method of specific participation and systematic approach to ensure complex assessment were disclosed. The complex of ecological and economic conditions of production was estimated, the integral assessment of climatic conditions and environmental hazards, the environmental condition of the natural areas - land, water, air, the risk of anthropogenic and ecologically dangerous in Ukraine was held. The interconnections between society and the environment in specific regional socio-economic conditions were investigated, the main factors of environmental impact on human health were studied, the environmental impact on human health and quality of life, impact on medical and demographic characteristics of the population and problems of health care were estimated. The dispersive and correlation-regressive analysis of d dependence of TB disease on the state of air pollution were held and a very strong connection between the latter was set. A high risk to health also produce polluted water, atmospheric emissions of dangerous chemicals, industrial and municipal wastes. Health is significantly influenced by radiation contamination and the constant exposure to low doses of ionizing radiation. Also the dependence of the development of the health sector of the state of environmental pollution and the incidence of population in the regions of Ukraine was examined.
