Essay

In the thesis the scientific and practical task of the development of calculation method of the moment of steerable wheel tire turning resistance when the point of pivot centre is beyond tier contact is solved. The dependence for the calculation of the moment of steerable wheel tire turning resistance is obtained; it takes into consideration the moment of tire turning resistance caused by steerable wheel rolling and the moment of tire body torsion. It is suggested the influence of pneumatic tire on the tire contact centre of relative turn to determine according to the rigid wheel contact. The mathematic model of rigid wheel contact is developed.
