Essay

Thesis is devoted to the improvement of medical and diagnostic tactics and predicting the course of Lyme disease. The study of samples of blood donors established the presence of IgG antibodies to granulocytic and / or monocytic human anaplasmosis in 1,1% and 4,2%, respectively, indicating that the activity of the epidemic process of these infections in the Kharkiv region. The association of these agents with Lyme disease were found in 6,5% and 7,3%, respectively. Based on a comprehensive analysis of clinical and laboratory, serological and immunological data were refined features of Lyme disease, depending on disease's stage, to determine its pathogenetic patterns. Proved, that the treatment by Vobenzim with antibiotikotherapy enhances the treatments effectiveness. Proposed informative prognostic algorithm, that allows correction of treatment for prevent recurrence and chronicity of the disease.
