The object of the research is the evaluation of innovative activity. The aim of the thesis is to develop theoretical and methodological positions and practical guidelines in establishing and аpplying Balanced Scorecard System for a comprehensive evaluation to еnterprise іnnovation аctivities. The author used the historical method, abstract logical, comparative analysis and synthesis, system approach, economic and mathematical modeling, tabular, graphical methods, analysis of innovation enterprises by assessing the strategic position of its business units by Matrix Boston Consulting Group and others. The theoretical value of the results is in revealing the term "enterprise innovation activities" and revealing the nature of innovation as an object of evaluation based on scorecards. The scientific novelty of the results is to develop theoretical positions and provide guidance regarding comprehensive evaluation of innovation on the basis of the use of balanced scorecards in the stages of preparation, production and marketing innovations. The subject of the thesis is theoretical, methodological and practical bases of formation and use of balanced scorecards for a comprehensive evaluation of innovation enterprise. Recommendations applicable to the author of a comprehensive assessment and management of the evaluation of innovative enterprise, evaluating strategic activities and formulate strategies for their development.
