The object of the research is the process of socio-economic development of enterprises. The aim of the thesis is to develop theoretical methodological and applied recommendations for the socio-economic development companies on the basis of leasing. The author used methods of generalization, formalization, specification, induction and deduction, index method and comparison method, the method of systematization and modeling. The theoretical value of the results is in revealing the socio-economic development of enterprises and characterizing leasing as a method of ensuring socio-economic development of enterprises, revealing features of legislative support for socio-economic development of enterprises on the basis of leasing. The scientific novelty of the results is to develop theoretical methodological and applied positions to ensure socio-economic development of enterprises based on leasing. The subject of the thesis is theoretical and applied provisions to ensure socio-economic development of enterprises based on leasing.
