Dissertation covers to grounding of combination treatment necessity of chronic hypertrophic gingivitis (CHG) in orthodontic patients on the background of bracket-technique by identifying clinical-pathogenic peculiarities of the gingiva's inflammatory process. The oral cavity condition and periodontal tissue are studied. Spread and degree of CHG severity level, the depth of false subgingival space, gingival bleeding, indicators of systemic and mucosal immunity before and in different terms of treatment done allowed to compare the suggested method with common ones. Results taken after surgical treatment allow to recommend it in cases when immunotherapy and common methods are not effective.
