Turko M. The risk assessment of the building enterprise activity

The thesis is devoted to the development of theoretical concepts and the methodical and practical tools for risk assessment of a building enterprise. The interpretation of terms "risk", "short-term risk of the building enterprise" and "long-term risk of the building enterprise" are further developed in the work. The classification of the circumstantial factors of building enterprise functioning, which affect its activity risk, by supplementing by such classification features as the place of occurrence, the dependence of the time dimension and the dependence of the average duration of the enterprise's operating cycle is improved. The methodical approach to the risk assessment of the building enterprise activity, which allows the analysis of risk from the short-term and long-term aspects and takes into account not only the losses under the influence of the circumstantial factors of the building enterprise functioning on its risk, but also the overall performance improvement. The influences of the factors on the short-term and long-term activity risks of Ukrainian building enterprises are analyzed. Based on the results obtained the most influential factors for the building enterprises with different manufacturing specialization and different average duration of the operating cycle are identified. The methodical approach to the assessment of the building enterprise's activity risk resistance, which allows measurement of the influence of uncontrolled factors on the short-term and long-term activity risk and the calculation of the resistance coefficient, which enables the determination of the risk acceptability is proposed. The methodical approach to risk activity forecasting for the building enterprise, will permit the taking into account the peculiarities of the economics of the building sector by using models of short-term and long-term dependencies for the building enterprise activity risk from the circumstantial factors of how it functions, is improved.
