The thesis is devoted to developing the theoretical and methodological principles and practical recommendations for the development of enterprises of sugar beet subcomplex. The essence of the categories of "development" and "potential of development" is substantiated. Methodical approaches to increase the synergy of integrated structures and ensure sustainable socio-economic development of the sugar beet subcomplex are improved. The influence of socioeconomic factors on the development of the studied area is defined and estimated. The concept of prospects of sugar beet subcomplex enterprises to enhance their competitiveness is improved. A sugar beet cluster that combines the interests of participants in order to maximize their coordination with significant economic, social and environmental effects is suggested. Algorithm of integrated information management environment that enables controlling the volume and cost of production of sugar beet and its quality is improved. The measures to improve the management of labor potential in clustered enterprises by expanding service areas, increasing productivity are substantiated.
