Essay

The thesis is devoted to optimizing diagnostic and therapeutic approaches in patients with vertebral artery syndrome caused by her extravasal compression.A systematization of doppler indices of allocated 7 types of lesions in the vertebral artery syndrome due to its compression.The new methods of surgery in patients with vertebral artery compression syndrome genesis through implementation of unilateral and bilateral-stage decompression of vertebral artery transposition methods extracranial arteries in the segment of V1, which allowed to improve the immediate positive results in 92.6 % (against 52.0 % - in the control group), all p <0,05; remote benefits to 84.0 % (against 48.7 % - in the control group), all p <0,05.
