Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the solving of theoretical, methodical and applied problems of diversified companies' management based on the concept of synergy. The essence of diversification as an economic category is disclosed. The classification of kinds and types of diversification is improved also their relationship with the forms of diversification implementation is showed. The factors and motives which determine the formulation of diversification objectives are generalized. Methodological principles of diversified enterprises management based on system approach are exposed. The structure and characteristics of the domestic building ceramics market are investigated; analytical assessment of the dynamics of production, export and import of ceramic tiles is conducted. The main factors that determine the functioning of the studied market and its development tendencies are identified. Determinative factors and forms of integration-diversification processes on it also are specified. Organizational aspects of diversified structures functioning in Ukraine are revealed. A polysystem diversification of integrated group of companies and its management system are diagnosed. The management model of interaction between strategic business units of diversified enterprises based on concept of synergy is developed and the algorithm of its application in the actual business practice is offered.
