Goncharova K. State and its bodies as subject of labor law

Considering the functional assignment of the labor law subjects such there types are distinguished: a) the primary ones which, in their turn, are divided into main (employee, employer, state) and original subjects having status of original from main one-the employee (person looking for work, unemployed person, disabled as the result of industrial injury or professional disease, discharged person, plaintiff or defendant in court); b) executive-protective unions and their associations, employees groups, organizations of the employers and their associations; c) jurisdiction authorities to resolve labor disputes - commissions on labor disputes, exemplary ones, labor arbitration, court; d) control and supervision-state bodies supervising and controlling of the compliance with labor legislation.
