The purpose of the work is the scientific grounding of the theoretical and methodical bases of VIC (Value of the Intangible Component) existence and measuring, and development of the practical tools of evaluation of its management efficiency. The thesis is devoted to the grounding of the theoretical and methodical basis of existence and measurement of the Value of the Intangible Component of the enterprise, and development of the practical tools of evaluation of its management efficiency. Research work is based on the using of wide spectrum of scientific methods: logical generalization and complex-aiming approach; comparative analysis; special facilities of statistical, technical and economic analysis; economic and mathematic methods.
