Nagorna O. Financial Provision of Utility Enterprises

The dissertation investigates general theoretical aspects of financial provision of utility enterprises and grounds practical recommendations as to generation and efficient use of financial resources in public services sector. The essence and methodological approaches to financial provision of utility enterprises were fully researched, the economic content of public services sector was determined and specifics of public services were adjusted, the peculiarities of system of utility enterprises' financial provision were disclosed. The current state of utility enterprises' financial provision in Ukraine was examined; the key reasons of their detrimental functioning were revealed; the level of utility enterprises' financial provision was identified. Foreign experience of utility enterprises' financial provision was analyzed, the strategy of utility enterprises' financial provision was substantiated and its basic directions outlined, practical proposals concerning improvement of tariff policy regulation in the system of utility enterprises' financial provision were developed.
