Essay

The thesis is devoted to the peculiarities of coronary atherosclerosis in patients after coronary stenting (CS) and coronary artery bypass surgery (CABS). Based on the retrospective analysis of primary and recurrent koronaroventrykulohrams by 283 patients, undergoing CS and CABS, we studied not only the general features of the further course of the disease, but also patterns of disease development in initially relatively "normal" coronary arteries (CA), vessels with minimal (hemodynamically insignificant, <50 %) and hemodynamically significant stenoses (> 50 %). The role of trauma on the progression of atherosclerotic process in CA with CS and CABS in anamnesis. A statistically significant risk factors for disease progression were determined in patients with CS and CABS in history. Mathematical predictive models help to identify patients at high risk of progression of the pathological process that would require more aggressive therapy for the prevention of recurrence of angina pectoris.
