Object of research - the process of simulation control safety systems of hazardous production; objective of work is improving simulation efficiency of control safety systems through the development of distributed simulation information technology based on HLA; methods of research are based on the using theories of sets and graphs, probability and mathematical statistics, analytical and simulation modeling; theoretical results: first proposed hierarchic E-nets which are differ from aggregative E-nets the possibility of representing the transition nets by aggregates in the form of some nets fragment that allows a) to reduce the time for models construction by recycling typical elements, b) to provide indiscrete process simulation by using inserted aggregates; the object model of PNML standard has received father development by adding new attributes to the object transition and place for formalizing hierarchic E-nets in the form of XML-description that provides the possibility to effectively automatic program federate models construction for distributed simulation of control safety systems; first developed integration method of E-nets hierarchic models based on HLA that allows, unlike existing single-level structures, to implement hierarchic -level scheme for using federates and to apple the universal approach for heterogeneous models constructing simplifying the development process for domain experts; first based on suggested integration method information technology of distributed simulation for complex systems was developed, based on this technology the aerated concrete process production was investigated and the ventilation rate in the dynamics of a concrete process was determined. Practical results - HLA-oriented web-system for distributed simulation EMS was developed; the simulation effectiveness of control safety systems by using developed information technology was assessed that showed reducing the time for models simulation on 6-8%. Degree of application - main results are introduced on "Avtomatgirmash n.a. V.A. Antipov", "Orientir-Bydelement" and in the learning process of Chernigiv State Technological University. Scope (branch) of use - control safety systems of control system for hazardous production.
