Essay

The thesis deals with the development of the accumulation and return mechanism of hydraulic energy in the idle (back) runs of earth-moving machines cyclic action with a view to improving the productivity and fuel consumption reduction time. The possibility of storing energy on the idle (back) runs of earth-moving machines in the pneumatic water storage and its further usage at the load conditions of operating (dig-ging soil) has been substantiated. The cycloramas of power distribution and schemes of distribution of power flows in the operating cycle of bulldozers, scrapers and motor grad-ers, fitted with pump storage systems have been made. The theoretical substantiation of in-ternal combustion engine power consumption for the charge of the water-storage system on the idle (back) run of the bulldozer has been adduced. The results of the trials of ДЗ-42Г bulldozer equipped with the energy storage system and the collated technical and economic indices have been presented. The oscillographs of the operating cycle of the bulldozer with the energy storage system have been made. The methods of forming pump storage systems of earth-moving machines and defining the sustainable parameters of pneumatic storage system have been developed.
