The object of research is the economic and organizational processes of land use in agriculture. The aim of the thesis is substantiate the theoretical and methodological foundations and develop practical recommendations for improving the efficiency of land use. Scientific novelty of the study is to justify the methodological approaches the development of a strategy for effective use land in farms. The research was conducted using techniques such as: monographic, abstract and logical, standard, comparative analysis of economic-mathematical modeling, correlation-regression analysis, statistical clustering, graph-analytical, constructive settlement. The main provisions brought to the level of specific teaching materials and practical recommendations. Scope of use - agricultural enterprises, governments, higher education institutions.
