The dissertation is dedicated to the legal principles of informational relations in the local courts of general jurisdiction of Ukraine. For the first time the concept of "informational capacity in the local courts of general jurisdiction of Ukraine" is drawn. The classification of informational capacity in the local courts of general jurisdiction of Ukraine and their judges according to different criteria is made. General methodology is substantiated and methods of solving problems are formulated. The analysis of legislation of foreign states, case law, regulations of Ukraine is conducted. The rights and responsibilities of the local courts of general jurisdiction of Ukraine and their judges in the sphere of informational relations are defined.
