Essay

The purpose of research is to substantiate theoretically and elaborate a scheme on the use of different doses of probiotic supplement in poultry feeding. Optimal doses of probiotic feeding are determined on the basis of obtained results. The influence of probiotic supplement on digestibility of feed nutrients, availability of amino acids, retention of mineral elements and nitrogen balance of mixed fodder is established. The dependence of meat quality of poultry, amino acid and mineral composition of breast and femoral muscles on the ratio of different doses of probiotic preparation is studied. Morphological and biochemical blood values of broiler chickens and quails under the use of probiotic are investigated.
