Essay

The thesis deals with the analysis using various laboratory methods of distribution metitsilin-rezistant out-of-hospital strains of staphylococci (MRS) in patients with suppurative inflammatory diseases (outpatient and hospitalized) and clinically healthy subjects. The frequency of isolation of MRS strains from various clinical materials was characterized, heterogeneity of S. aureus population on the basis of metitsilin-resistance was defined. Basic biological properties of S. aureus, vegetating in different habitats of patients, especially antibiotic susceptibility of MRSA and MSSA strains were characterized, antibiotikotypes and specific amount of multi-resistant strains of community-acquired origin were identified. Experimental modeling of staphylococcal biofilm was made, phagolytic activity of preparations-bacteriophages was defined on the basis of isolated culture on the implanted biofilm, the availability of phage therapy of staphylococcal infections was confirmed. The antibacterial activity of developed liposomal form of lincomycin was studied, its significant advantage in comparison with the commercial preparation of the "free" lincomycin was shown. The main directions of improving ways of dealing with the staphilococcal infection were estimated.
