Object of investigation: degree of bacterial contamination, level of viability of microorganisms in the conditions of action (separately, consistently and jointly) of electronic bunch and ozone, biological properties of bacteria at the different modes of disinfestation of water of the opened reservoirs and sewages, display of disinfecting action of electronic bunch and ozone on sanitary-model microorganisms and bacteriophages. The aim: microbiologically justify the development and application of antiseptic drug products, medical devices for the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases of the genitourinary system in men with BPH. Methods of investigations: microbiological, physical, chemical, and statistical. Equipment: microscope " XY series ", thermostat, autoclave, drying cabinet. High effectiveness of using electronic beam with ozone for bacterial and viral disinfection both in the samples of water from the natural reservoirs and in the badly contaminated runoffs is given. The proposed technology of running water purification allows to decrease the concentration of sanitary rates of microflora in sewage water to the rates of household water use and in the natural samples - to the rates of drinking water.
