Golubka O. Microbiological features of clinically significant isolates of genus Candida fungi and improvement of approaches as to laboratory diagnostics of candidiasis

The research object: the isolates clinically significant species of fungi of the genus Candida from the patients with inflammation of the mucous membranes of the mouth, dysbiosis in the colon, genitourinary pathology. Aim - identification of microbiological features of significant isolates of the genus Candida and improvement of laboratory diagnosis of candidiasis on the basis of a clear identification of the different types of Candida spp., study their biology specialties, pathogenicity factors, susceptibility to antifungal drugs. Research methods: information and analysis, microbiological, bacterioscopic, bacteriological, biochemical, physical, statistical and analytical. Equipment: torsion balance VT-500, microscope "Biolam", dry-heat electric thermostat TS-80, drying cabinet SHSS-80, ruler GOST 427-56, a personal computer ASUS K8N-VM. Identified particular morphological forms of strains of fungi of the genus Candida as evidenced by the presence of phase mitsilialnoy phase at the selection of the pathogen. First indicated to the presence of cells in kandidofaga C. albicans with black pigment.
