Essay

The results of research of clinical-pathogenetic links of chronic hepatitis C, depending on the presence of mixed cryoglobulinemia are uncovered in the dissertation work. Complex investigation of cytokine, neurohumoral and prooxidant-antioxidant parameters, morphological changes in liver was done in these patients. The idea of the clinical and pathogenic features of chronic hepatitis C with signs of mixed cryoglobulinemia has been extended, which gave the chance to offer the informative indicators and improve the quality of diagnosis of chronic hepatitis C in patients, depending on the presence of mixed cryoglobulinemia.
