Sachyns'ka L. Mechanism of logistics costs management at the enterprise.

The dissertation has developed theoretical positions, methodological and practical aspects for creating mechanism of management and realization of the machine building enterprise logistics capacity based on the complex interrelated structural, process and functional approaches, which provide the realization of objectives and tasks of logistics costs strategic management at the industrial enterprise using logistic audit under LFA technology and BSC system of balanced indicators; the system of indicators to choose the competitive strategy by the criteria that reflect the retrospective trend of the enterprise activity has been proposed. The concept of logistic capacity of the enterprise has been introduced in the conceptual apparatus of the logistics management. The methodical approach to the analysis of the logistics management at the industrial enterprise, which is based on expert estimation of logistic aspects of enterprise activity and allows to characterize economic activity comprehensively, has been formed. Recommendations as for the impact on the components of the balanced system of indicators.
