Object of research: processes of low-contrast images transformation and visualization in information systems. The purpose of the work is development of information technology based on the method of virtual digital interferometry that provides increasing of sensitivity, resolution and accuracy of segmentation and analysis procedures applied to both conventional and multi-parameter (multispectral) images under uncertainty conditions of their formation system, location and type of the potential interest object. Methods of research. To solve the problems in order to synthesize new methods, models, and information technology of low-contrast image processing mathematical apparatus of the complex variables functions theory and vector fields, information theory, optical interferometry and ellipsometry, mathematical modeling, application programming and computer graphics were used. In the dissertation also proposed information technology for analysis and processing of low contrast images based on the method of virtual digital interferometry, which can be used to analyze any information that has topological properties and the ability to interpretation in view weaklycontrastic image.
