The object is biaxial bending of rectangular reinforced concrete members; the purpose is the development of a methodology of deformability and crack resistant analysis of biaxial bended rectangular reinforced concrete members according to constitutive diagrams of concrete under tension and compression; the novelty – the values of tension deformations of concrete at the first normal crack of biaxial bended rectangular reinforced concrete member are first experimentally obtained , the possibility of extreme criterion usage for the first crack moment analysis of biaxial bended rectangular reinforced concrete members is shown, the volumetric deformation model of stress-strain state of biaxial bended reinforced concrete members is received the further development; the results – the method of the crack moment analysis of biaxial bended rectangular reinforced concrete members according to full constitutive diagrams of concrete and steel reinforcement was devised , the method of deflection computation on different levels of loading of the biaxial bended reinforced concrete members was developed and implemented on PC; the industry is building
