The dissertation is dedicated to the complex analysis of theoretical and practical problems of implementation of mediation in the criminal process in Ukraine, taking into account both domestic and foreign research some of its aspects, and the highlights of recent developments in this direction. The criminal legal regulation and the functional purpose of reconciliation, identifies and examines the main stages of the introduction of mediation in domestic legal system is improved.
