Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the complex study of problems associated with bribery investigation. Basing analysis of scientific works of Ukrainian and foreign scientists, relying on the generalization of the investigative and judicial practices, taking into consideration new anti-corruption law and the provisions of the new Criminal Procedure Code, bribery is characterized as a group of corruption crimes, particularities of their detection and investigation are considered.
