Essay

The thesis is devoted to the theoretical and experimental substantiation of getting pressed wall materials from the sludge of cleaned crushed igneous rocks using the cement, lime-cement and lime binders. Here was studied the effect of ultrasonic mechanical cement activation and the impact of micro silica addition using the mechanical activation of raw. Here was featured the positive influence of carbonated samples on the structure and properties of materials from the sludge with lime-cement and lime binders. Here were defined the optimum technological parameters for the building materials produced from sludge.
