Object of the study is processes international transfer of knowledge in economy of the Ukraine. Objective of study is theoretical motivation and development practical recommendation for government regulation international transfer of knowledge in economy of the Ukraine. Methods of research are dialectical, comparisons, images general in private, formal logic, history and logical, modeling.
