The dissertation exposes the problem of using by militia administrative and legal measures to combat offenses related to drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors. Defined the basic types, the characteristics and highlights the problems of application of administrative preventive measures, administrative measures and termination of administrative proceedings in cases of administrative violations in the illegal traffic in drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors and administrative charges and penalties for offenses committed in this area.
