Essay

The paper is dedicated to the study of philosophical and legal assessment of the destruction of justice and ways to counter it. In the context of coverage definite problem analyzed the nature of justice on the basis of understanding the importance of law. Investigated that fully destruction of justice displayed with the behavioral component - of committing offenses committed crimes as forms of expression of the contradiction between society and personal sense of justice in the leveling of law. Moreover, among the main causes of degradation of justice still need to identify the scope of legal policy.
