Grebeshkov O. Information strategy of an enterprise: theoretical and methodological aspects of development and implementation

Theses are devoted to methodological and applied aspects of developing and implementing enterprise information strategy and evaluation of its effectiveness. The necessity to clarify the category «enterprise information strategy» and highlight its typed is stated; methodical approach to the development and implementation of information strategy of the company and alignment of key components of its' internal environment are proposed. Methodical recommendations on the development and implementation of selected information strategies are given. Method for evaluation of the effectiveness of information strategies based on the criterion of information rent and information performance maximization, and a number of non-financial indicators were proposed.
