Dukhnitskiy B. Investment activity of transnational companies in the agroindustrial production

The object of study - investment activity of transnational agrarian companies in Ukraine and abroad. The aim is to develop a theoretical and methodological framework to improve investment situation in the agroindustrial sector of Ukraine and promotion of transnationalization of leading companies in the industry. While solving the tasks were used the following methods: theoretical generalization, analysis and synthesis, comparative assessment, monitoring and statistical analysis, historical, scientific advice, design and graphics. The thesis investigates theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of transnational companies in the global economy. The thesis substantiates importance of attracting foreign investments from transnational companies in the agrarian sector of Ukraine. The practical valuee of the results is confirmed by the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine (certificate № 37-28-1-15/22055 of 20/11/2012), National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine (certificate number 145 of 05/12/2012) and Bilotserkovskiy National Agricultural University (certificate of 02.14.2013). The main field of application the results is agroindustrial sector.
