Essay

Dissertation is devoted research of legal principles of public agrarian policy of Ukraine, its essence, principles, priorities and maintenance. Principles of modern public agrarian policy of Ukraine are resulted, a legislation is described about the adopted policy. The special place is spared opening of essence of such components of public agrarian policy of Ukraine, as food safety which is it by a determining purpose, investment-innovative component and steady development of rural territories and them legal providing. As a result of the conducted research the row of suggestions is brought in from the improvement of current legislation of Ukraine.
