Dissertation is devoted to defining peculiarities of courts as subjects of administrative-legal relationship. The work identifies the place of judicial branch among other state authorities. It defines structure of administrative-legal relationship, originated with participation of courts. The dissertation analyses the problems of delimitation of administrative legal relationship and other kinds of legal relationship, originated at judicial process. The work characterizes legal bases of court administration, defines the place of administrative-legal regulation among them. It identifies peculiarities of administrative authorities in courts as the bases for formation of administrative-legal relationship.
