Dissertation research is devoted to the improvement of the theoretical and methodical approaches to the analysis and evaluation of the innovative investment development level of industrial enterprises. The intercommunication of factors, components and data of innovative investment development of industrial enterprise has been considered. The data of innovative investment development of Ukraine, Odessa region, in the branch of machine-building industry were investigated. The complex evaluation of quantitative, high-quality (attributive) components and the level of innovative investment development in 15 machine-building enterprises of Odessa region were conducted, and their ranging was carried out.
