Essay

Subject of inquiry is concrete with - local secondary products with reduced cement modified with complex plasticizer PLKP. The aim of the dissertation is the development of theory and practical recommendations for the creation of concrete mixture with reduced use of cement and the use of local secondary products of industry, particularly fine-grained, with a comprehensive plasticizer PLKP. Research methods: Experimental investigation of the properties of concrete were carried out using modern statistical methods of mathematical planning and processing of the results, the structure of concrete investigated with modern scanning electron microscope REM-106Y; strength characteristics of concrete and technological characteristics of concrete mixtures were studied by standard methods using certified equipment. Theoretical and practical results: determined using in fine-grained lights of concretes on the basis of granulated slag; the average density 1600-1800 kg/m3, for modified complex plasticizing addition of PLKP, with concrete with standard and mionectic activities; determined compositions of fine-grained lights of concretes on the basis of granulated slag with filler milltailingss iron ore or ash-taking away, modified complex plasticizing addition of PLKP; developed technological parameters for the device of bedding layers of chaffs. Novelty of the research: justified advisability of application in the light concrete on the basis of granulated slag and fine-grained stuffs - milltailingss iron ore or ash-taking away; defined almost directly proportional relationship durability of lightweight concrete on the basis of granulated slag and management of excipients rational amount of fillers on the flow of cement; obtained regression equation nomogram izopoverhon coefficients efficiency of cement and durability of lightweight concrete on the basis of granulated slag and fine-grained stuffs - milltailingss iron ore ore ash-taking away within the cement costs about 40 MPa active and mionectic activities; established the regularities of depending efficiency ratios using of cement mionectic 23,0 MPa and durability of lightweight concrete in border research cost components and patterns of changes in these characteristics compared with similar using of cement of mionectic to 40,0 MPa. Implementation extent: in production conditions for the device of bedding layers of chaffs total area 4520 m2 of building in Dnipropetrovsck on Gagarina street, 26 using proposed composition of fine-grained lights of concretes with average density up to 1800 kg/m3 on the basis of granulated slag factory of the name of Petrovskij and get the total profit 58 086 hrn. Range of application: use in the production conditions for the device of bedding layers of chaffs.
