Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the problems of non-contact temperature measurement, including the use of Raman method for determining surface temperature. Implementing the dissertation experimental studies has shown the possibilities of determining the temperature of small size objects without prior optical system calibration. It is experimentally confirmed the possibility of carbon nanotubes using as the standard calibration samples in Raman precision thermometer. Design proposed and tested the analytical expressions for determining the methodological and instrumental components of Raman thermometer error. It is established theoretically and confirmed experimentally the dependence of the relative instrumental error of the selected detector readout, its parameters and placement.
