Serduk E. Administrative-legal assurance of the electoral rights of citizens of Ukraine.

The thesis deals with the disclosure of the contents and the essence of the administrative and legal enforcement of electoral rights of citizens of Ukraine. Determined by the electoral rights of citizens, as an object of administrative and legal support. Disclosed understanding of object of the administrative-legal support of the electoral rights of citizens of Ukraine, as a combination of active and passive right of citizens of Ukraine directly exercise the state power, as well as be the only source of public authority by way of its formation and actions of the subjects of public administration with regard to the provision of universal, equal and direct suffrage by secret ballot. Elucidated the principles of administrative-legal assurance of the electoral rights of citizens of Ukraine. Disclosed to the administrative-legal nature of the subjects of public administration in this sphere, classic and specific forms of activity of the public regarding the protection of citizens' electoral rights, in particular: the nomination of candidates, registration and documentation of violations of the electoral rights of official promulgation of the election results, ensure the election of premises for voting, production, registration, use and storage of ballot boxes; counting of votes. Analyzed the advanced foreign experience, a number of legislative changes and additions to the national legislation on administrative-legal assurance of the electoral rights of citizens of Ukraine.
