Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the research of the functions of ecological law. By their character these functions are regarded as main directions of influence of the ecological law on the social relations. Ecological functions notion, content and legal nature are revealed. The author makes the following definition of functions of ecological. They are main directions of influence on the social relations concerning rational use of natural resources, protection of environment, establishment of ecological networks and guarantee of ecological safety.
