Essay

The dissertation studied the frequency and depth of liver damage in patients with acquired immunodeficiency syndrome depending on age, sex, duration of disease, the impact of HAART. Found that the majority (61.67%) patients with HIV infection, regardless of gender, there seems liver as pronounced cytolysis syndrome. It is proved that under the influence of HAART in patients with acquired immunodeficiency syndrome recorded increase in transaminases 1.6 times within 6 months. Expression cytolysis syndrome was more pronounced when using regimens based 2NIZT 1 NNRTIs. Found that in patients with HIV infection to the third degree of hepatotoxicity under the influence of HAART are more depleted system antyokydantoho protection. A significant decline in antioxidant defense system recorded in patients receiving HAART circuits containing nevirapine. The main morphological manifestations hepatotoxic effect of HAART were histological changes, indicating the development of acute, subacute and chronic hepatitis with signs of cholestasis
