Essay

The thesis evaluated the clinical course CHC depending on pathogenetic variants of anemia. The degree of metabolic iron in patients with chronic hepatitis C in the presence of anemia, their relationship with the level prohepsydynu in plasma. Determined that the presence of anemia of interleukin-6 in serum in 6.2 times higher than similar patients in the absence of anemia. Found to develop anemia syndrome accompanied by rising levels prohepsydynu in serum. Thus, in patients with chronic hepatitis C with anemia, this figure increased by 1.2 times, and in patients with iron deficiency to 1.28 times compared with the group with the absence of anemia. Found that regardless of the degree of inflammatory activity in patients with anemia had significantly lower hemoglobin levels compared with the group of patients with chronic hepatitis C without anemia. There were significant reduction hepsydynu in patients with anemia of chronic hepatitis C with an increase in inflammation in the liver tissue and stage of fibrosis. Proved that the expressed degree of histological inflammatory activity in the liver tissue significantly increases the risk of anemia.
