This dissertation deals with the features of forming of Ukrainian political culture in the process of it's political system modernization. The value of social, kultural factor, determining rates and character of transitional transformations is grounded. The author's vision of the modern political culture of Ukrainian society is recommend and the number of measures that will bee the contribution to its future development in the context of state's strategic priorities are outlined.
