Object of research - mud powder, clay mud, bentonite, bentonite dry mixes for trenchless laying of communications by horizontal directional drilling; goal - to develop special formulations of clay solutions for trenchless laying of communications by horizontal directional drilling through ukrainian raw materials; methods - optimal design of multi-factor experiments for nonlinear models, the experimental determination of rheological parameters and process parameters, multi-criteria optimization analysis diagram, methods - optimal design of multi-factor experiments for nonlinear models, the experimental determination of rheological parameters and process parameters, multi-criteria optimization analysis diagram; results - the necessary parameters of special muds including technological challenges trenchless communications were determined, the methods of research demonstrated the possibility of obtaining special muds with desired properties, the influence of chemical additives foreign and domestic production to technological and rheological characteristics of special muds, explaining the scope of rational compositions solutions based on domestic production of mud powder with different; novelty -regularities of changes in the properties of special muds based on ukrainian raw materials of the type and quantity of chemical additives foreign and domestic, as well as the mixing time of the; implementation - testing confirmed the possibility of obtaining special muds, the introduction was made in laying the sewer at the site near Concha Zaspa Kiev region.
