Shapiro V. Administrative-legal Status of the Citizen of Ukraine as Subject for Realization the Right to Information

Dissertation is devoted to analysis of essence, content and peculiarities of administrative-legal status of the citizen of Ukraine as subject for realization the right to information. The work ascertains peculiarities of realization the right of the citizen of Ukraine to application, characterizes essence and peculiarities of realization the right to information with restricted access, defines the notion of the right to access to public information and peculiarities of its realization. It specifies peculiarities of administrative-legal support of realization the right to other types of information. The dissertation proposes ways for enhancement of administrative legislature, which provides realization the right to information for the citizens of Ukraine.
