Yermakov D. Administrative and Legal Ensuring of the Forming of a Positive Image of the Public Prosecution Bodies of Ukraine

Thesis is devoted to the theoretical and legal problems of an administrative and legal ensuring of the public prosecution bodies’ positive image forming. Such concepts as a positive image of the public prosecution bodies; means of the public prosecution bodies’ positive image forming; public management of the public prosecution bodies’ positive image forming; administrative and legal relations in the sphere of the public prosecution bodies’ positive image forming are defined. Author’s classification of administrative and legal measures, aimed to the forming of a positive image of the public prosecution bodies, as well the characteristics of these bodies and its employees is suggested.
