The thesis deals with comprehensive analysis of investigation peculiarities of sex offenses against minors. The classification of sex offenses was provided as the result of thesis research; the essence and meaning of criminal characteristics of sex offences against minors were determined and specified. The writer of the thesis proposes and considers the complex of individual (detective) actions and tactical operations which are typical for initial and further stages of investigation of sex offences against minors under new Criminal Procedure Legislation.
