Object of study: newly detected destructive lung tuberculosis, the goal - to promote efficacy of complex therapy of the newly detected patients with a destructive lung tuberculosis with the using of regional lymphotropic therapy with the further ultrasound therapy of the underarm area; methods of investigation: clinical, laboratory, radiologic, microbiological, immunological, statistics; novelty: the first time application of regional lymphotropic therapy with the further ultrasound therapy of the underarm area is scientifically reasonable in the complex therapy of the newly detected patients with a destructive lung tuberculosis, methodology of regional lymphotropic therapy with the further ultrasound therapy of the underarm area is worked out. Field of application - medicine.
