This dissertation focuses on the legal regulation, theoretical and applied problems of rejection, selfrejection institute, procedural order statemen application and resolution establishing the facts in criminal case. The notion "rejection", "selfrejection" and its pecularities are determined. The scientific analysis of rejection, selfrejection reasoning have been carried out. The limits of right for rejection application, optimal forms of its realization and selfrejection resolution, rejection judges, procurator, investigator are highlighted.
